They write how they walked into a room of people and women turned and stared, started playing with their hair etc etc as the pheromone diffuses and waves its magic wand. The weirdest part was when I gave her the money she didn't even look at it, she just held the eye contact never breaking it. Then, the staredown begins.

It kind of makes me feel insecure that maybe he doesn't really like me. Can anyone give me some insight on how I should interpret this? Many thanks I'm a guy and I know my shyness betrays me often by sending an unintentional signal of fear and disinterest when I am actually totally interested, just intimidated a bit. It can even persist on occasion for a long while after I get to know the girl. Don't read too much into it, pay more attention to the things that he might say when you talk to him, if he is into doing things if you ask him. With a shy guy you have to be prepared to be a bit on the aggressive side. I'm a shy guy and this reminds me of a girlfriend that I had for a long time. She was beautiful and I was totally intimidated by her that before we dated I would hardly look at her. Good thing she didn't take that as me being not interested in her, because one day she walked right up to me I admit I got scared a bit even then and she said that she had tickets to a show and would I like to go with her as a date. She was a touch nervous too in asking me so directly, but I was totally shocked yet totally happy and nervously said yes. The date went well actually and we ended up together for a few years. If she had not been forward and aggressive like that it would have never happened. She later told me that that was the first time she had ever asked a guy out, there was just some kind of chemistry she saw in me, my looks or something, and she just had to act. It is totally cool that a girl would do that. Many of us extremely shy guys are not shy when dealing with other guys or females that are not in the possible attraction range. But put us in a situation where we are actually attracted to a girl and watch our brains freeze up and our pulse rate go up and fear start to grip. With a guy like that you are going to have to be aggressive as it is the only way... I do make eye contact from afar, but when up close, I start to freeze up and not look as much for fear of rejection. If there's one thing that would break the ice, it would be the girl coming up to me, saying Hi and starting a quick conversation. I as a shy guy am more than welcome to girls that are willing to come up to me and start a convo. Right now I am starting to feel really attracted to a girl at school that I always find myself making eye contact with. It's the eye contact game!

Even if it doesn't work out, one will know years later that you took the opportunity. As a general rule a girl looking at you is not a glad that she's romantically interested. Does anyone else have this issue and if so how have you dealt with it. Don't look for something that is so far above and beyond human experience. You'll find that you can get away with a lot more than you used to. I would pan the next time you see her, go out of your way to talk to her. I gotta try it, there are just toooo many beautiful women walking around every day that all I do is look at. Or maybe she can place you, but doesn't think you will glad her.
